Service provider: Laser-Productions (Sonja Laser), micro-entreprise registered in France (SIRET: 41150027500044), trading as Your Voice Blueprint — referred to below as "we" or "Laser-Productions".
Client: Any professional or entrepreneur purchasing or using services through yourvoiceprint.com — referred to below as "you" or "the Client".
By placing an order or submitting an intake form, the Client accepts these Terms in full. These Terms apply exclusively to B2B transactions. Individuals acting as consumers are not the intended audience for these services.
Services
Your Voice Blueprint offers the following services:
- Voice Blueprint DIY — a self-guided digital package delivered by email within approximately one hour of intake submission. Includes a Tone Anchor document, Voice Signature, Content Engine guide, AI prompt, and Claude Skill file.
- Voice Blueprint Pro — a done-for-you service. Scope, timeline, and deliverables are confirmed at intake. Delivered as a digital package by email.
All services are delivered digitally. No physical goods are involved.
Pricing and payment
Prices are stated in euros (EUR) and are exclusive of VAT where applicable. Payment is processed securely via Stripe at the time of order. By completing payment, the Client confirms they are acting in a professional capacity.
Laser-Productions reserves the right to update pricing at any time. The price applicable is that displayed at the time of purchase.
Delivery
Digital deliverables are sent to the email address provided at intake. Delivery of the Voice Blueprint DIY package is automated and occurs within approximately one hour of a completed intake. For Voice Blueprint Pro, delivery timelines are agreed individually at intake.
Laser-Productions is not responsible for delivery failures caused by incorrect email addresses or spam filters.
Right of withdrawal
These services are provided exclusively to professionals acting in a business capacity. As such, consumer withdrawal rights under EU Directive 2011/83/EU do not apply.
For the Voice Blueprint DIY, the digital package is delivered immediately upon intake completion. Once delivered, the service is considered fully performed.
Refund policy
Given the nature of the service — a bespoke digital deliverable generated from your own intake — refunds are not offered once delivery has taken place. If a technical error prevented delivery, please contact us at info@laser-productions.com and we will investigate promptly.
Intellectual property
All methodology, frameworks, templates, and supporting materials developed by Laser-Productions are the intellectual property of Laser-Productions and remain so. The Client receives a personal, non-transferable licence to use the deliverables for their own professional communication purposes.
The Client may not resell, sublicence, or redistribute any deliverable, in whole or in part, without prior written consent from Laser-Productions.
Limitation of liability
Laser-Productions delivers expertise and a structured methodology. Results depend on the quality of the Client's intake material and how the deliverables are applied. Laser-Productions cannot guarantee specific business outcomes.
In no event shall Laser-Productions be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Total liability is limited to the amount paid by the Client for the specific service in question.
Confidentiality
Laser-Productions treats all intake material and Client information as confidential and does not share it with third parties, except processors listed in the Privacy Policy acting strictly under data processing agreements.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by French law. Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms that cannot be resolved amicably shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Paris, France.
